Gift Book Program

 

A unique way to recognize those special people in your life.

A book memorial is a wonderful way to remember a relative, loved one, or  special friend.  An honorarium can commemorate a birthday, anniversary, wedding, new baby or any special event.

 A New book will be selected to honor or memorialize the person or event of your choice. Your donation will be identified with a customized book plate. If you wish, a card recognizing your gift will be sent to the individual you name or their family.

Library Endowment
 
The Library Endowment is a practical and gracious way to ensure continued learning and enjoyment in your community. A bequest to the Library in your will of personal or real property is very much appreciated. The Library will provide any necessary information.

 

Volunteer
   
Becoming a Library volunteer is a great way to serve your community. Call the library to explore the many volunteer opportunities that are available.

 

Donate Gently Used Books

The Library welcome donations of items in Good Condition.

Hardcover books, Paperback books, Music CD's, DVD's and Videos. 

Please DO NOT donate:

Books in poor condition (wet, mildewed, yellowed, soiled of badly damaged)

Textbooks

Encyclopedias

Paperbacks with the covers removed (these cannot legally be used)

 

Books not added to the collection are given to the Friends of the Roaring Spring Community Library for the booksale.
