Children’s Programs Throughout The Year.
Summer Reading
Lego Program – Children ages 5 and up are invited to Roaring Spring Community Library’s Lego Club. Each building session will be based on a theme and the children’s creations will be put on display at the library. Sometimes the children will build creations by themselves and other times they may be asked to work in groups.
Block Party – Children ages 3 – 6 will have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful set of wooden building blocks. Research has shown that block play helps children develop these skills: socio-emotional, social studies, physical development, mathematics, science, language arts, and art.
